Camp Collishaw

While the cabin has had a glow-up since the last century...

You’ll still need to bring everything you need to survive, thrive, and smell reasonably nice.

Camp Collishaw Q & A

CampingFAQ.png

Q: Is there electricity?

A: Only if you can convince a squirrel to run a tiny generator. (No plugs, no outlets — charge your stuff before you come!)

Q: Is there a shower?

A: Technically, yes — it’s called the creek. Shampoo optional. Audience likely.

Q: Can I bring my RV?

A: Space is limited and rustic. If your rig can survive bumpy fields and no hookups, you’re welcome. (Otherwise, think "tent" vibes.)

Q: Is there cell service?

A: You’re adorable. No. Pretend it's 1993 and talk to each other.

Q: What if it rains?

A: Then you’ll get wet. Pack a rain jacket, waterproof your tent, and remember — it’s part of the adventure!

Q: What about coffee?

A: Bring your own setup — camping stove, instant coffee, French press — whatever fuels you. No fancy lattes here unless you make one yourself and charge $7.

Q: Are there bears?

A: Maybe. Probably not. Probably. Pack your snacks smartly and don’t smell like bacon overnight. (Also: zip up your tent.)

Q: How will I brush my teeth?

A: Like a pioneer: a bottle of water and pure determination.

Q: Can I take a nap during the day?

A: Not only can you, it’s practically required. Camping naps = top tier naps.

Q: What's the bathroom situation again?

A: One beautiful port-a-potty. Treat it kindly. It’s doing its best.

Q: Anything else I should know?

A: Bring deodorant. Bring wipes. Bring a smile. And bring your best creek hair moment — there might be a prize.
